About Us

Nutrifit Clinic is a pioneering nutrition and diet clinic in Zambia, offering advanced and cutting-edge services. The clinic is led by registered dietician Mariam Ahmad, who has an impressive 14 years of experience in her field. With a diverse range of expertise, Mariam is a health and fitness specialist as well as a disease-control nutritionist. Her commitment to continuous learning is evident, as she has obtained over 15 certificates for workshops and webinars in various nutrition-related topics in 2023.

Mariam is an active member of both INPACT and NUMED, showcasing her dedication to staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in her profession. With a well-rounded background, including experiences in hospitals and as a nutritionist for a Renal Center, Mariam has established her own clinic, Nutrifit Clinic, in Boanveture from 2019 to 2023. She now operates her practice at the esteemed Health and Wellness Center in Zambia's most advanced facility, Sandy's Creations-Makeni.
